our story
From the beginning
Spiritwind began in 2021, in Brisbane, Australia, during the throes of Covid-19 lock downs, where the only way to express condolences was via phone, text or mail. When distance, time, or circumstance made it impossible to be there, we wanted to create memorial gifts with meaning and purpose that said to those closest to us, 'we love you, we're thinking of you, we're with you'.
Ryan & Tahnee started with a simple but profound purpose; to bring light, comfort, and remembrance to those walking through loss. Grief isn't just an emotion, but a sacred passage - one that calls for gentleness, beauty and understanding. Our memorial products are all designed with deep and profound meaning, symbols of eternal connection that help you to honor, remember, and feel close to the ones who will always remain part of you.
Since 2001, we've been humbled to ship out over 30,000 memorial gifts and products to our customers all over the USA and Canada. Each order we've shipped has a story, a life lived, a love lost. For those left behind, our hope and prayer is that our products make even the smallest difference to the seasons and waves of grief ahead that never truly leave us.
