Do you provide a warranty?
Yes! Spiritwind provides all products with a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We will repair or replace any faulty item within this period. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, extreme weather, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. Proof of purchase is required.
Simply contact us, with your order number and we’ll send you a replacement.
Do you offer customizations?
We don't unfortunately offer any customization services at this time. All of our products are pre-packaged and sent out directly on order. Some customization options via 3rd parties are possible however we recommend against it due to possible damages that can occur.
Are you able to personalize the product for me?
All of our products are pre-packaged and shipped to our 3rd party warehouse ready for immediate fulfilment - unfortunately we don't offer customization at this time.
